Reserve dedicated time in our store for your group of up to 60 guests. Event fees vary by group size, duration and experience type. Submit a request and our team will confirm pricing for you.

How many guests can I bring to a store appointment?+
Store appointments accommodate up to 6 guests. Groups of 7 or more can book through our Private Event options instead.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
Minimum notice varies by location: 24 hours for Banff, and 48 hours for 10th Avenue, Inglewood and West Edmonton Mall.
Can I book outside regular store hours?+
10th Avenue, Inglewood and Banff may offer limited after-hours appointments, subject to confirmation by our team. West Edmonton Mall does not currently offer after-hours appointments.
How do after-hours requests work?+
Submit a request with your preferred date and time. Our team will review it and contact you to confirm. After-hours appointments aren’t booked until you hear back from us.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?+
Your confirmation email includes links to reschedule or cancel at any time.
Is hat customization available?+
Yes. Hat customization, including custom bands and hot branding, is available at our 10th Avenue location.
Can I book a factory tour on its own?+
Yes, our manufacturing tour is available as a standalone experience at our 10th Avenue location for $10 per person.
How long do custom boots take to complete?+
Approximately 4 to 10 weeks with payment in advance.
What's included in a private event booking?+
Private events give your group of up to 60 guests exclusive time in our retail store, with a dedicated team to assist you throughout. For events at our 10th Avenue location, a guided factory tour is available as an optional add-on.
