Refund policy

RETURNS AND CONDITIONS

During the Holiday season, refunds on unused regularly priced items are accepted until January 10th , you may also exchange these items until January 10th.

To initiate a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item was purchased in one of our stores or through our official website.
    • The purchase was made prior to January 10th.
    • The item is in good condition and unworn (if applicable).
    • The item includes all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Items can be returned either in-store or by mail. If you prefer to return an item by mail, please follow these steps:

    1.       Email us at sales@albertaboot.com to request a return.
    2.       Include your order or transaction number and the reason for the return in your email.
    3.       Once your request is approved, ship the item to our flagship store at the following address:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to confirm its condition and eligibility for a refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment.

Please note:

    •          Refund processing may take 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
    •           Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    •          Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases involving warranty issues.
    •          We are unable to refund customs or import fees, as these are collected by your country’s tax authority.

 

DAMAGE AND WARRANTY

At Alberta Boot Company, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our products. All Alberta Boot Company items are covered by a 180-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship.

If a product fails under normal use within this period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the affected item or components free of charge. You will, however, be responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return. Replacement items may be either new or refurbished, depending on availability.

 

Important Notes:

This warranty applies only to Alberta Boot Company branded products. For non-Alberta Boot Company products (e.g., accessories or third-party items), please inspect your order upon receipt. If there is any damage or defect, contact us immediately, and we will assess the issue and work to make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Custom products, including special orders and personalized items
    • Gift cards and gift certificates
    • Hygiene-related items, such as bodysuits and soaps
